         When pride, passion and drive come together, you get the people of The Shetrunjay Company. It is really the people (Employees) that makes our company the kind of company it is. We hire people who are smart and determined, and we favor ability over experience.

          The Management has took efforts to improve our employees in 5 things: Communication, Development, Direction, Change and Collaboration. Our company has also done many little things to keep its workforce happy and productive. For instance, training our staff to keep their knowledge fresh and to give new experiences to emerging and hardworking employees.

         Shetrunjay is continuous improvement that is based on certain guiding principles:

We have a training cell wherein we train Diploma Students pursuing their career as Textile Engineer and later on they are also given the employment.
